This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of the United States.

You are solely responsible for your actions and any consequences arising from your use of the Service.
The Service includes an API that allows developers to access certain features of Deepwoken Dev. You may use the API only as permitted by this Agreement and any applicable laws or regulations. In particular, you may not use the API:
The operator of Deepwoken Dev reserves the right to monitor, restrict, or terminate your access to the API at any time, without notice, if we determine that you are using the API in a manner that violates this Agreement or any applicable laws or regulations. You are solely responsible for your use of the API and any consequences arising from such use.

The operator of Deepwoken Dev reserves the right to make changes to the Service, including without limitation adding or removing features, suspending or discontinuing the Service, and modifying the terms of this Agreement. Your continued access to or use of the Service after any changes are made to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
If you create an account on the Service, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be 13 years of age or older to create an account. If you are a minor, you may only do so with parental or adult supervision. You may not share your account with any other person and you may not use anyone else's account without their permission.
You agree to indemnify the operator of Deepwoken Dev and its affiliates, licensors, and suppliers for any claims arising from or in connection with your use of the Service, including without limitation any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of any third party.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California in the United States of America, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of the State of California.
If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
The provisions of this Agreement relating to your indemnification and the governing law and jurisdiction will survive the termination of this Agreement.
